Plumbing.

You understand and agree that our text messaging program is considered an “other application” under these Terms of Use. Message frequency may vary. Based on consent provided, messages may include marketing, promotional, and or transactional messages from us, our parents, affiliates, franchisees, and partners. You shall not damage, impair, interfere with or disrupt the service or its functionality. The service is available only in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message content may not be available on all carriers. We reserve the right to alter charges and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions. Severability

plumbing services outside of the Olympia area. Service availability is contingent upon
geographic location, service demand, and other operational factors.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform under these Terms caused by events
beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
